Publicity Release,  Liability Waiver & Data Use Policy

As an applicant and/or participant in A+Edu's program(s), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding publicity, data use, and liability:

1. Publicity Release

I understand that course lessons, activities, and events may be recorded, and my image, voice, and/or name may be captured in these recordings, as well as in any photographs taken during the program.

• I grant the program and its host company the non-exclusive, irrevocable right to use these photographs and recordings for promotional purposes in any media format, including but not limited to print, online platforms, and social media channels.

2. Data Use Policy

I agree to comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, as well as institutional policies, regarding the ethical use of data during my participation in the program.

• I will utilize data solely for educational purposes, adhering to principles of academic integrity and respecting intellectual property rights.

• I understand that I am responsible for accessing only publicly available data and will not attempt to use or access confidential or secure data.

• I will report any suspected violations of this policy to my assigned mentor and the program administrators.

3. Liability Waiver

I understand and voluntarily agree to release and discharge the Program, its host company, and its members from any and all actions, claims, or demands that I, my heirs, assigns, guardians, legal representatives, or assigns may have, whether now or in the future, as a result of my participation in the program.

4. Personal Information Use

I understand that the personal information I provide during the application process and throughout the program will be used for administrative purposes and may be shared with the program’s host company.

• I have the right to access, update, or request the removal of my personal information upon request.

5. Understanding and Agreement

By applying and/or participating in the program, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Publicity Release,  Liability Waiver & Data Use Policy.
