• Program Selection: Clearly state which specific program you are applying for.

• Academic Information: Attach your latest transcripts or academic records (PDF or image format). Standardized Test Scores, if any.

• Extracurricular & Impact Profile: Comprehensive Activity List, Project Portfolio and Awards.

Optional Information:

• Teacher/Counselor Insights: Contact details for a teacher who can speak to your academic character.

• Short Essays: You may submit a brief essay (up to one page) highlighting your strengths and your passion.
